I found the medical plant garden (german: Heilpflanzengarten) as I found the Bürgermeistergarten just by accident. The medical plant garden lays on top of the city wall. It starts at Hallertor, the so named Hallertorzwinger. An entrance in the city wall leads upstairs. There are bushes and benches, a few medical plants are planted here and they are discribed as well. (Find pictures on the bottom). The plants have been planted by BIONORICA, a firm who produces natural medicine. When you walk on the city wall north, you come to smal steep steps down and come out next Neutor. When you just cross the narrow street, you reach the steps up to the Bürgermeistergarten. |
